Speech and Language Program
The Speech and Language Program is offered on a daily basis to various participants, currently there are seven individuals who benefit from this program. We have contracted services with a Speech and Language Therapist to further develop our program and to assist to help more individuals benefit from the program. One of the participants received a ChatPC through the Speech and Language program and is now able to communicate with friends and co-workers. Through the use of the Boardmaker program and a digital camera, program staffs are beginning to work more with picture symbols and our communication program is growing.
