Southview Home
Southview was originally developed for one person. Family Services asked Gateway to develop services for a high needs person that needed a different style of home. Everything in the home including the colors, the lighting and activities where solely focused on this one individual. The original house was rented and renovated to meet the needs at that time. In time a need arose to provide services for two individuals. A new house was developed and built with all the same principals, but it accommodates two people instead of one. The two individuals live in separate private areas and share a kitchen and bath area.
