Welcome
Welcome to the Gateway Resources Inc. website. Our organization provides services and programs for individuals living with an intellectual disability in the Winkler/Morden area of South Central Manitoba. We have a total of 13 group homes that offer person-centered, holistic supports to empower the individuals to live full and meaningful lives in their own homes. The focus is on each persons emotional, physical, mental and spiritual well-being. The individuals have access to a wide range of supports based on their unique interests, needs, and goals.
Life Enrichment
We offer a vibrant Life Enrichment Program that provides learning programs and work placements at various community work sites.
Workshop
Our workshop division engages participants in recycling and specialty packaging, and production of crates and pallets.
Transportation
Our Transportation Division that is managed by the Director of Woodroom & Transportation is comprised of a fleet of vehicles used for industrial, residential, and program purposes.
The Organization
Gateway Resources employs a large staff that provide various skills to the organization. Our annual operating budget of $4,500,000.00 is funded approximately 74% by Family Services and Housing of Manitoba and the balance comes from revenue generated by our Workshop Division.
